Northshore Students to Take New State Assessments This Spring
Washington state has shifted to the Common Core State Standards in math and English language arts, and Northshore students in grades 3-8, 10 and 11 will take new state assessments, called Smarter Balanced Assessments (SBA), online this spring.
We have seen an increase of flu in both King and Snohomish County and we have had flu, cold and stomach viruses in our school community. With these circulating it is more important then ever to check your child every morning for signs of illness, and if they are ill to keep them home.
